Sam Asghari clapped back at Donald Trump Jr. after the former president’s son made a joke at the expense of estranged wife Britney Spears.
“It’s not okay to be a bully,” Asghari wrote via his Instagram Story Sunday, tagging the 45-year-old businessman directly.
Earlier in the day, Trump Jr. posted a side-by-side image comparison of two pictures of the “Womanizer” singer.
On the left was a throwback photo of Spears posing in a cutoff T-shirt and skirt, labeling it “America under Trump.”
The right featured a blurry still from Spears’ recent video where she was seen dancing with knives — which she later revealed were props — with “America under Biden” written overhead.
The politician simply captioned the meme, “yup.”
Spears’ worrisome video, which she posted to social media on Tuesday, prompted someone close to her to call authorities and ask for a wellness check.
Cops determined the “Work Bitch” songstress was not in distress and she later told fans the knives used were fake.
This is the first time Asghari, 29, has publicly defended Spears, 41, since news of their high-profile split broke in August.
While there were reports that the two are not on speaking terms following their separation, Asghari is clearly still willing to stand up for his estranged wife from afar.

The personal trainer often defended Spears during their one-year marriage, even fighting TMZ’s claims that their marriage was in “deep trouble” just three months before their separation.
“I found it absolutely disgusting for the people who were in her life when she didn’t have a voice, they went and told her story like it was theirs,” Asghari said on Instagram at the time. “It was absolutely disgusting.”
Spears has since shifted her attention to criminal housekeeper Paul Richard Soliz, whom Page Six confirmed she had been dating.
However, the insider insists Spears did not cheat on Asghari — who has also started dipping his toes in the dating pool — with Soliz.
