Lisa Hochstein is moving on up – to the second floor.
The “Real Housewives of Miami” star has moved out of estranged husband Lenny’s Star Island mansion and into an ultra-luxurious, 5,586-square-feet condo with a $32,000-per-month price tag, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
The 5-bedroom, 5-and-a-half bath apartment occupies an entire floor and features 10-foot ceilings as well as floor-to-ceiling windows.
A private entrance foyer with an elevator allows for ultimate privacy, while an oversized wraparound balcony with a private hot tub allows Lisa and her new beau, Jody Glidden, to make the most of their surroundings.
The massive kitchen has Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and the bedrooms feature enviable walk-in closets large enough for the Bravolebrity’s extensive wardrobe.
The building, which Page Six will not publish for privacy reasons, also includes full beach service, 24-hour onsite concierge, a fitness center and spa, zen park security and valet.
The rental, photographed by Cassanas, was acquired with the assistance of realtor Tatiana Volpini Everett.
The condo actually came completely unfurnished, which has been a bone of contention between Lisa, 41, and the plastic surgeon, 57, who is contributing up to $17,000-per-month for the pad, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
Lenny submitted a notice of intent to subpoena the condo management for “full inventories” of the apartment’s appliances, artwork, furniture and more, as he believes she rented the condo fully furnished.

He also submitted the same request to the moving company Lisa used to relocate her belongings because Lenny claims his estranged wife removed “virtually all of the furnishings, housewares, kitchenware, and artwork,” the documents state.
Lisa has yet to respond to Lenny’s legal filings, though a source previously told Page Six that she took some bedroom sets for their two children, Elle and Logan, to have at her new place.
The source also claimed that the self-proclaimed “boob god” made Lisa’s move-out “awkward” and “chaotic” by berating her throughout the process when he wasn’t supposed to be present.
Lenny also called the cops on Lisa when he believed she took belongings that should’ve stayed in the house and began screaming, “She’s a f–king idiot. Go back to the trailer.”
After Lisa moved out, Lenny’s 28-year-old fiancée, Katharina Mazepa, moved into the estate.
The former couple’s divorce has been acrimonious from the moment Lenny filed for dissolution in May, with Lisa accusing him of having a full-blown affair with Mazepa.
Lenny has denied any infidelity.
