Joshua Jackson’s marriage has just gone up [Dawson’s] creek.
Jodie Turner-Smith filed for divorce from Jackson on Monday after nearly four years of marriage, Page Six has confirmed.
In the documents, obtained by Page Six, the “Queen & Slim” actress cited irreconcilable differences as the cause of the split and is asking for joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Janie.
Turner-Smith, 37, asked for the option of spousal support to be removed and noted she and the “Mighty Ducks” star have a prenuptial agreement.
She listed the date of separation as Sept. 13, 2023.
TMZ was the first to report the news of the divorce.
The “White Noise” star met the “Dawson’s Creek” alum at his birthday party in 2018 and secretly got engaged less than a year later.
The pair tied the knot held an under-the-radar wedding in December 2019 after they were spotted getting a marriage license in LA in August.
Jackson, 45, and Turner-Smith welcomed their baby girl via a home birth in April 2020, with a rep telling Page Six at the time that she was “happy and healthy.”
Although the duo kept their relationship mostly out of the spotlight, they did occasionally gift fans with some wild personal anecdotes.

Turner-Smith revealed last year that when she and the “Fatal Attraction” TV show star first met, they had a one-night stand.
Months later, Jackson admitted that his now-estranged wife actually proposed to him.
“We were in Nicaragua. It was very beautiful, incredibly romantic. We were walking down the beach, and she asked me to marry her,” Jackson shared on “The Tonight Show.”
He recalled with a laugh that “there was a preamble,” and Turner-Smith did not go straight into the proposal — which he wasn’t expecting.
“But she was quite adamant, and she was right,” he added while looking at his ring. “This is the best choice I’ve ever made.”
The pair went on to share nude photos of each other and even star in a J.Crew campaign together, but it appears the chemistry wasn’t enough to keep them together.
